He came on time and provided very good service. He was punctual, efficient, and quick.

My washing machine broke and I called Maslyn and Sons. I spoke to Darren on the phone and he was very courteous and helpful. He explained what the charge for a service call would be and also suggested things that had possibly gone wrong with the machine. He came promptly the next day (Saturday) as he promised. He examined the machine, found the problem, and told me there were two ways to fix the problem. He suggested I go with the cheaper alternative as it would be more than satisfactory for how I use the machine. The machine now works, and the total charge was very fair and reasonable.
I found Darren to be professional, polite and courteous, knowledgeable, and fair. I would recommend his service, and will use him again if the need for appliance repair arises.

The final estimate came higher than the estimated over the phone which made sense, so we decided to buy a new dryer instead.

Great. On time for trouble shooting. He ordered the part. Called when it came in. Made an apt to install. On time for that and was neat and efficient.

Found Maslyn and Sons on Angie's List. They had only one review, but it was very positive and the office is less than 3 miles from my home. I left a message and got a call back within 2 hours for a 2 hour window. The technician arrived at the top of the time window promised on the phone.
He was very polite, knowledgeable and informative. Sadly, my refrigerator was designed to be replaced not repaired.

Darren was on time, reasonable priced, informative and professional. He answered all of any questions quite satisfied. He provided extra services to make sure I got moneys worth out of it on the service call charge.

They were wonderful they found things I didn't know about. they are the best I have found
