+ -1 moreI called on Monday and made an appointment on a Friday. The person on the other line gave me an estimate for my house. Since I am working, I called back on Wednesday to confirm the appointment, because I do not want to take off work unnecessarily. Somebody called me back on Thursday to confirm the appointment. I went home on Friday after lunch and waited and waited. Nobody showed up and nobody cared to call me. I called several times the home no and the cell no and left messages. Then I gave up. I never heard from this company since.
Description of Work: No service was provided. The cleaners never show up and never try to reschedule

+ -1 moreThey always do excellent work and are flexible when I need something special. They are so honest. For example, when I first started with this team two years ago, I requested service every two weeks. After a few times, they told me that my house stays so clean between visits that they thought once every three weeks would be enough, although they left it up to me. I've been confident and trusting enough in them to leave them alone in the house from time to time and they always take care of everything and lock up per my instructions. Best I've seen.
Description of Work: I have this service every three weeks and the team is excellent. They clean my entire two-story house on a regular basis including vacuuming, bathrooms, a few windows, etc. Each visit includes something special that is done on a periodic basis, e.g. microwave and oven interior, or ceiling mounted light fixtures.
