Marina Heating And Air

The Marina repairman, Alex, diagnosed the noisy fan as a common problem with Ducane heating systems such as ours. His fix was not to mechanically adjust or perhaps replace a worn assembly but to simply manually bend the fan motor mountings into a new (hopefully better) alignment. This might have been acceptable had the fix been permanent but within 12 hours the problem returned. I called three times within three days to invoke the written repair warranty as stated on their receipt and left messages to have Alex return to try a new solution but so far my calls have been ignored. Marina's website professes that "Your 100% satisfaction is our goal" and that a "promise of professional service with the highest standards of knowledge and performance" is their ethic. Their website is BS. Their warranty is BS. This company's service is BS. Beware of and avoid this company.

Horrible - we now seem to be stuck with an a/c unit that wakes up the whole neighborhood when turned on and a company that refuses to admit they caused the problem.  The lack of professional customer service and resolve to fix the problem is also concerning.  Beware!

The service technician came out on Saturday to look at our unit and was ready to install a new unit by Tuesday.  Everything went as planned.  Price was reasonable.  Very efficient.  Would highly recommend their service.

It went REALLY well. I cannot tell you how much it means to have contractors show up as scheduled and give you an honest assessment. They gave me a couple of options and even though I was leaning towards the more expensive option the owner told me he did not think it was worth the money. They showed up when they said they would, did a great job and charged a very fair price. Highly recommend to Angies List users !!

Over all everything is far better than I ever expected. Nick, the owner of the company is extremely honest and fair. He advised me how to inexpensively bring my aging better efficiency and extended life rather than advising me to replace them. He  It is SO RARE to find a company who will work with you, and your schedule to save you thousands of dollars. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Marina HVAC. They are GREAT!
