Service is erratic. When first hired 3 years ago, they were quick efficient and polite. Now they do not do the work for which they were contracted, and do not respond constructively to calls for remedying the situation. Provider did not perform as requested on the last 2 occasions. They raised their prices, changed frequency of visits both without consultation. Despite email and phone messages and conversations, non performance problem was not remedied. Traps were not reset. Spiders and ants were not eliminated. When I called to cancel service due to a lack of performance, I was ordered to pay .Unprofessional.

The service provider is difficult, if not impossible to contact. They have voice mail at the office and are inconsistent in returning your call. Service notices are provided by e mail with little or no time to respond. For example, I would receive mine on Saturday for a Monday service.
Again, when I attempted to contact the vendor for interior service, I received voicemail. I left a message Monday morning indicating that we needed to reschedule in order to do the interior and received a call back that and quot;they hoped I was able to speak with the technician while he was there.and quot; So basically, you are paying for interior and exterior, but only receiving exterior service for your $$$.
When I notified the vendor of my intent to cancel the service on my invoice, they simply called and left a voice mail that they received my cancellation. I guess they figured that I was on to their scam!

They were very friendly, but the treatment wasn't effective. It wasn't worth the money. I'm going to have to call them and see if they can come back and spray again.

"The pesticides were uses exactly as the label specifications at the maximum concentration. The treatment was performed on May 25, 2012. This review was posted in July 18, 2012. WE OFFER A SATISFACTION MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE - THE CUSTOMER NEVER CALLED US ONCE. Upon seeing the review, I called the customer and attempted to schedule a free reservice. The customer didn't allow me to schedule a reservice on the phone because her schedule was too busy. She is complaining about spiders. I told here, even on the first visit, to never expect to see the spiders completely eliminated because they are not insects, but arachnids. They have eight legs not six and walk higher off the ground so they don't come into contact with the pesticide as easily. The best way to eliminate a spider is to spray it directly on contact. It's reasonable to expect spiders to drift in from trees the very next day after a pest control service. Even with that being said, she was called and offered a free reservice and I was extremely accomidating with offering times to service her home, but she was too busy."

I called 3 different ones. I signed up for their quarterly plan. Jeff was very accommodating and he did it very fast. He was very concise on what was and was not included. He also had the best price. I will definitely be using them again. I expect to see them next month.

Bug Professional Pest control was very prompt in responding to my call. They were a little early for our appointment and were very thorough in explaining what they could do for me. I wanted a contract for the year and they are very reasonable and honest. Company gave me options to save money and told me after the first treatment what exactly I needed with a quarterly appointment. Company is courteous, responsive and shows up when they say they will. Company also emails you a few days before the appointment. I will definitely refer this company to others.

While i once got great service from this company, they have recently changed their name (to Malang) and stopped even adequate service. The owner, who was once courteous and accommodating, demanded payment for service calls which were not acceptably completed. His current staff is barely polite and disinterested in making the customer happy

We have used them a few times already; we use them about once a moth. I get a email informing me of when they are coming out, I can always reschedule and they are flexible. I like using this company because they are a small company, they are very friendly, and if there is an issue with bugs after the treatment they will come back out for free. Compared to their competition, they are wonderful to work with and offer great customer service compared to the scare tactics and used car sales man mentality that the completion employs.
