Liquid Stucco application, team pressure washed house and garage, trenched wherever soil abutted house, scrapped and sanded loose existing paint, patched/repaired all stucco/fascia/trim cracks, masked/covered all areas not to be covered, sprayed/rolled/brushed 3 coat (surface conditioner, thermal coat and top/final coat) coating system and spot fixed during final inspection.
