Mark Hoagland and staff were very helpful with pre-approval process. When we made an offer on a house, we expected to be given a list of competing mortgage companies, but that was not offered until late in the process. We agreed on a rate/cost with Lending Tree, who will later sell the mortgage. We were then transferred to a processing agent, who was very helpful and timely. Overall, the process went well.
