Terrible, absolutely terrible. They contacted us in regards to a line of credit loan that would be quick and painless. When in actuality was a lesson in futility with over 100 days from start to finish. Which caused us to sign closing papers twice due to the length of time from first credit check to finally signing papers. Inability to follow up, return phone calls, provide any customer care. Funding of loan was slow.
