Friendly and professional service from start to finish.  We love our windows. This is our second experience with Legendary.  Previously, we got a new sliding glass door and bedroom window replaced.  The windows made such a dramatic difference in reducing noise and heat, we decided to replace 8 more this year.

They installed white, vinyl Milgard double-pane windows.  Not only do the windows look great, but the installation was quick and totally pro.  The windows make such a difference, great product.

We are very satisfied with not only the product, but the service we received was top-notch.

Outstanding is how I'd describe Legendary Windows. The installers showed up on time and left our home clean with beautiful new windows. :) We would definitely recommend them to others.

These guys were awesome from start to finish. We had 3 other window
companies quote our windows, and after talking with Jason for 15
minutes, we know they were the right guys for the job. He priced it
right, sells quality product, and knows his stuff.
The quality of
the install and products were both top-notch. The installers were
timely and courteous. Could not have asked for a better experience.

It is unfortunate I can't give a better review. This company installed a large mult-panel glass door in my living room about 18 months ago and they did a very good job. I called them back to put in a french door in my guest house that required them to replace, drywall, and texture a three foot section of the interior wall. They sent out a different crew that did a really shoddy job in general, but a really bad job with the texture. It looks like someone smashed a bowel of peas on the wall, and is very different from the other walls. When I called them to come back out and fix it, they missed the first appointment entirely without calling or rescheduling. I called them a few days later and they assured me they would find out what happened and call me back. They never did. When I contacted our sales associate via email, she said she would get them out here. They finally called back and set another appointment. This time they showed up, but were 45 minutes late. The guy they sent is the same guy that did the original poor quality work, and he has a bad attitude. He said he would have to re-mud the wall and re-texture it, but I would have to repaint it myself, hoping I would just say to leave it. He is doing the job now, but I?m sure it?s going to turn out as poor as the rest of his work. I will update this review when he completes. It?s too bad to see what seemed like a good company go so bad. They must be so busy they have to pull poor quality crews in to keep up.  

As expected, The job is less than good. They applied another layer of mud, but they didn't even bother to remove the switch plates, so you can see the line where the new mud stops. I had to repaint (which they should have done if they cared about the customer), so I removed the plates, sanded and taped. I'm not a professional contractor, but even I know how to properly prep.

Update: When the owner of LD&W heard of my dissatisfaction, he stopped by my house and inspected the work himself. He discussed the challenges of his business and was very eager to try to meet my expectations and remedy the issues. He had a different crew come out and paint the molding around the doors at no cost. They prepped everything professionally and did a great job. At this point, I am completely satisfied with the work and can defiantly recommend them.

They came out and took measurements twice to be sure they had it right.  It took there crew of three men most of the day to do the work. They were on time for the measurements and installation.  They did their work well and cleaned up when they finished.  I was completely satisfied with the quality of their work and the quality of the windows.

They were the best. Right on schedule. No surprises. The team was easy to work with. They were friendly and professional. Everything you want in a contractor.

After getting multiple bids on our Window project, chose Legendary due to Angie's List reviews and our comfort with the team in the office we spoke with and those that came to our home for the estimate.  All went well through ordering and scheduling installation, the actual installation, and clean-up.  The crews were terrific and take great pride in all their work. 

Our project included a large amount of drywall and stucco replacement due to the removal of a sliding door.  Legendary shines in this area and previous reviews of this kind of work were one of our primary factors in choosing Legendary.

We had a delay during installation due to their electrician becoming a new father.  This delayed the project a few days but Legendary stayed on it and got a very qualified replacement electrician in and then followed up with the finish of the project.  They could have kept us more informed on who was coming when during this delay but they were always responsive to my phone calls, getting the answer for me and calling back.

The Milgard screens on one window were too tight of a fit to be comfortable and Legendary submitted the problem directly to Milgard for us which resulted in a call from Milgard and an appointment for them to come out and take care of the problem.

Highly recommend this company.  Great work, great employees.

I think that they were competitive and the quality was very good.

I recently had Legendary install windows throughout my house. They showed up when they said they were going to. The installers did a great job and were very professional.


The first job went so well that I had them come out twice more, once to do all of the doors in the house and then a second time to do the windows and doors in an addition.

They're very professional and very neat. Since the work had been done we had a few leaks and they had come back to resolve that issue. Its been a good experience working with them.    

Jason and his crew were awesome. It was a very difficult job as we had them actually cut out the old windows and replace with new windows with casements. Stucco needed repair, they repaired some termite damage and set up a painter to match both inside and outside paint. They cleaned up each night and when they were finished it was done perfect. Did not need them to come back for anything. They helped us pick gas permeable glass and we do not have any coverings and already saving 1/2 on electric and gas bills. Cool in summer and warm in winter.  We got several bids for almost the same price for window inserts with tint but their professionalism is evident by comparing bids written quickly in hand and theirs that showed every window, size and price. They also had to redo a very large kitchen window at half the price of the others that were just going to insert a new window in a broke frame. Glad we went with Legendary as the cost was well worth it. I would recommend them and have to our neighbors who love the windows.
