+ -1 moreMy network was a mess and Active Directory was badly corrupt. LAN WAN sent a team of engineers after hours to minimize business hours down-time. After the work that LAN WAN did, my company?s network is solid and secure. As far as the proficiency of the team goes, LAN WAN stands alone in the field of IT. We started out with a nightmare of software compatibility issues. They made sure all software protocols were being satisfied, and they rebuilt our entire domain. The very first night they came, they stayed the whole night working until the morning. We were so happy with the job they did after working overnight; we took the team out to IHOP afterwards for breakfast. Honestly, that is the same effort we get from them every time we call. They are not just a vendor to us; they are an extension of our team.
