 + 0 moreBrought the broken TV entertainment system to managements attention when they did no want to take the I initiative themselves. I was advised it could take up to 5 weeks to fix. This is unacceptable ! Most gyms have TVs built right into the equipment, not this gym. You have to have an FM radio receiver to hear the audio from separate TVs suspended from the ceiling. Technology from the 1980's. Join another gym, this place stinks!
Description of Work: Terrible customer service. Broken machines, dirty environment.

 + -1 moreThey have enough machines, so I never have to wait. They are open 24 hours during the week. It is probably the biggest gym I have ever laid my eyes on. They are very clean. It is carpeted and they have wood paneling. It is kept in pretty good shape. Gyms notoriously are not always in great shape. I am not saying that this is perfect, but it is about the best I have been to. They have tons of trainers and classes.
Description of Work: I go to LA Fitness for my fitness needs. They provide workout equipment and free weights for me.

 + -1 moreI enjoy it once I am there. The place has good equipment. The only thing is it can get crowded, although there is enough room for everyone. The locker room was cleaner before there were so many people, but they do have someone going around cleaning.

 + -1 moreThis is the largest fitness club perhaps in the United States. What was previously crowded is now beyond saturation levels. While I do like the prices and I do find the facility to meet my levels of expectations in terms of cleanliness and equipment, staffing and instructors, it is just now very popular and crowded.
Description of Work: I have a membership at this gym that allows me to do a step class, indulge in free weights and do kick-boxing. I pay each month for this membership and I am not charged additional money to enjoy my classes here.
