They are good. The only thing I don't like about them is that a lot of them has very small locker rooms. They seem to be into that small and crowded locker rooms. In my case I have a sernior aide, so I am pretty cheap.

I am very pleased with the services and amenities. I love the fitness classes especially the Body Works Plus Abs. All the instructors have been excellent and provide a good quality and varied workout that doesn't get boring.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THE PERSONAL TRAINING WAS SUPERIOR. I WORKED MAINLY WITH ONE TRAINER WHO WAS EXCELLENT. SHE WAS WELL TRAINED WHO CREATED AND IMPLEMENTED A PROGRAM SPECIFIC TO MY PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS AND FITNESS GOALS. HOWEVER, MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE BILLING DEPARTMENT WAS HORRENDOUS WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL THIS SERVICE AND THE CHARGE TO MY ACCOUNT. WHILE THE EMPLOYEES AT THE GYM WERE PROFESSIOAL THE EMPLOYEES AT THE CORPORATE LEVEL WERE NONRESPONSIVE, EVASIVE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL. IT WAS A FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE AND I WILL NEVER CONTRACT FURTHER SERVICES WITH THEM.
