I have been using Kemnitz since my air conditioning unit stop pumping cold air into the house suddenly - about 4 or 5 years ago right after I bought my home. They were prompt, fixed it, showed me how to properly maintain my A/C unit - how to clean out the leaves, what to look for, etc. While they were there to do that job, they also checked my furnace and replaced the filter, etc etc.

Ever since then, Kemnitz calls me every six months and reminds me that it's time for my maintenance appointment. I LOVE that they do that because otherwise, I'd totally forget. So every six months, they pop over and check out my A/C and furnace and replace my filter for me (it's not a filter size I can buy at home depot).

And yesterday, they did their six month inspection. Always prompt, courteous, and professional. Then they explain to me exactly what they did, what they recommend, if anything, and never try to upsell me anything I don't need. I think it's because of this routine maintenance that I haven't had a problem with either my furnace or my A/C ever since.

he was so knowledgeable about the different options that would work for our home. He helped us make an informed decision and everything has worked perfectly since!

Everything went fine, however in July we had problems with no air conditioning in the house and called Kemnitz. They could not immediately have someone out so we called another premier Carrier dealer.
What we were told was very disappointing --- the Puron in the unit was down by almost 10 gallons and it only holds 12. This should have been found by Kemnitz -- even with service prior to 5/31. The damper motor -- a Honeywell; the cost with the new dealer was $350 --- almost half of what Kemnitz quoted. There were no leaks in the system and nothing else wrong..
For these reasons, we do not recommend Kemnitz.

The crew was the best. They were professional and ensured everything was in order. They took care of everything.

Kemnitz Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. are very professional. They know what they're doing. They're very prompt in their service. They're very friendly, as well. They didn't want to bring the unit into the garage. They said it was too dirty.

High professionalism in every aspect. Work sites left clean. They installed a concrete slab in flower bed for the unit, reconfigured the rain gutter above the unit to avoid water pouring in, checked back w/ us after installation. 6 month follow up visit.

I spent $75 on that service. My experience with him was okay. The gentleman was on time, courteous and knowledgeable.

It seems like it was fine. I thought it was a little expensive but they said that's how much the part cost. The quality of work was great. They were very neat. They didn't leave a mess or anything. They were professional. They had to come back with the part but they were fast. I would use them again in the future.

THE REPAIRMAN CAME OUT AND EXAMINED THE HEATER AND EXPLAINED TO ME THAT IT WOULD BE BETTER TO REPLACE THE OLD HEATER WITH A NEW ONE. TWO DAYS LATER, I HAD A NEW HEATER.
