Mark was very professional and communicated with me through out the job. I was very pleased with the work he did. He was able to take care of not only the painting but also replacing all the termite infested wood. I would highly recommend his services.

Mark and his crew did a thoroughly professional job of cleaning, repairing termite damage, then painting the exterior of our house. It took a week and each day, Alberto cleaned up the site nicely. In a job of this size, there are always a few points that come up that need to be discussed mid way through the job - great communication and the "right thing to do" was mutually agreed. He also did a great job on our neighbor's house before us.

The work was completed earlier than expected and done very well.  The painters arrived on time each day and were very friendly.  I would hire Karma Painting again.

I would be pleased to refer any of my friends to Mark.  I located this company through Angie's List.  My inquiry was returned promptly, and he made this a very smooth transaction.  I had a small job -- just a master suite bathroom and associated woodwork and doors after upgrading the shower, but he was willing to fit it in during a small window of availability.  The job was treated with the same high standards and attention to detail as I am sure he takes with much larger jobs.  Mark showed up with one of his crew -- Rocky -- to personally provide instructions, and Rocky left everything immaculate.  I would highly recommend this company.

Mark Miller, Karma House Painting, arrived at set date and time and gave us a complete and professional estimate.  We were very impresses with his knowledge and explanation of how the work would proceed. We certainly are glad we hired Mark.
Mark and his crew of two did outstanding work on the complete exterior of our home.  My husband, a retired painting contractor,
thought the work was excellent.  The crew worked the complete job and stayed on the job until completed.  There was a lot o prep work to be done with termite and wood rot damage.  The men repaired all damaged areas and it looks great  They took care to be very neat and cautious with surrounding areas.  They always gathered their equipment at the end of the day and made sure to store  supplies in an inconspicuous but safe place for the next days work. We are proud of the exterior of our home and think it looks great.

After power washing all surfaces, the crew protectively masked off all of the necessary non-painted areas.  They then attacked the seriously weather-worn surfaces with scrapers and sanders until they were smooth and ready for painting.  Next  they weather sealed all of the windows and eves with caulk.  Finally, they primed and painted all of the wood. Afterwards they removed the masking and paint protecting covers and rechecked all surfaces assure there were no paint splatters or errors. 

The crew was conscientious, neat and very competent.  They carried out a thorough cleanup at the end of each day.

The final results of all of their were outstanding.  I would use Karma House Painting for any of my painting needs that may arise in the future.  I recommend Mark Miller and his men to anyone seeking the best.

Overall the job was done exceptionally well.  Mr Miller provider us with a very professional estimate.  We got several estimates and his was very competitive.  As soon as we had association approval, we chose Karma House.  They showed up right on the scheduled date to start.  They power washed and prepped the whole house in three days.  The job was started in late November 2012.  Rain storms caused 2 work stoppages but they always came back to continue as soon as weather permitted.  They kept my job as a priority until its was finished.  All facets of my job was handled very professionally.  Mr Miller is a hands on professional.  He works with a small, competent crew.   Mr Miller performed above and beyond.  Everything he promised, he delivered.  I wouldn't hesitate to use Karma House and Mr Mark Miller in the future.  It was refreshing to watch Karma House restore the exterior beauty of my home.  Thank you Karma House and Mr. Mark Miller for a job well done.

I found Karma House painting through their excellent reviews on Angie's List.  I could tell right away Mark was a good guy . . . knowledgeable, and a true, hard-working professional.  His quote beat the competitors and I felt he was the right guy for the job (which was a big one), regardless.  Mark and his guys were at our home from dawn until dusk for 13 days to get the job done.  They were a joy to have around and worked with precision and efficiency.  They took great pride in their work and went above and beyond our expectations.  Mark even personally contacted our HOA management to insure our paint selection approval was rushed, etc.  They kept things tidy inside the house and out and cleaned up everything every day.  The neighbors are raving about the beautiful paint job and a couple may be using Karma in the near future.  They are working at a friend's house as we speak.  I cannot more highly recommend these guys.  We will actually be missing them!  Thanks for everything!

Mark and his team did an excellent job at me house. I was in a time crunch and needed the house painted before I moved in. Met with Mark on Monday asked if he could get the job done before the following Wednesday. Mark told me it would not be a problem. They started and finished on Saturday. Excellent work, and very prompt.

My HOA decided that all residents needed to paint our houses so I was looking for a painter.  Several neighbors came up with a list of painters or had friends do the job but I called a few places on my own.  Mark from Karma did a very nice job with the estimate.  He pointed out some problems with the neighbors paint jobs and told me how to avoid them.  His price was on the higher end of the scale but on par with some of the highest rated painter on Angie's List.  The entire jobs took about 4 days and included power washing, sanding and other prep on the wood, stucco repair and finally painting.  They did a nice job and in my opinion much better than the discount painters some of my neighbors used.

Did not think it was possible to find a crew that would satisfy my very particular (in  a good way) husband.  These guys were the best!  The crew that came to sand wood trim, and patch stucco were amazing; no detail left untouched. Painting was excellent as well.  Mark came when he said he would, and did the job better than we could have hoped. The quote we got from him was lower than one and higher than another.  We went with him just based on a gut feeling, and we were right!

I was referred to Mark a couple years ago by the person who built my custom entertainment cabinet. I was impressed with his work, so I hired him again to paint a new front entry door (inside and outside). Mark is promp, personable, clean, careful, meticulous, and his price is competitive. He takes the time to do it right, and is justifiably proud of his work. While waiting for the paint to dry between coats, he even served as a hands-on computer tech to resolve a PC issue for me! I will not hesitate to hire Mark again in the future.
