He was not honest. He told me that the AVG anti-virus software that he was installing was totally free software, but it wasn't. 3 months later I started to get pop ups telling me that I had to upgrade for a fee. He took a very long time just to do only half of the things that I had scheduled with him to have done. I had little confidence in him because he seemed to not know what he was doing. He did not even get to some of the things that I needed done. He installed remote access onto my computer without my consent or approval. His work was not professional at all. I feel that I was overcharged for what I got as a result. The only thing that was good about the computer repair man is that he was very polite and was not rude. His demeanor was good.
