For the most part they were OK, especially the people who installed the door. Customer service left a lot to be desired. The lady with the British accent decided to show up and was much to bothersome for her own good.

I hired them to install an exterior door3-9-17. The next day I decided not to do the install. I had given them a deposit of $400.00 for the job. I was told they would refund the deposit. I waited 10 days and asked why I have not received the deposit and was told it would take a bit. I called again the next week and the person responsible to mail the deposit was busy and would call back. The 'responsible' person didn't call back. I called on 3-24 and was told the check was in the mail. As of today they have not yet refunded my deposit!

I believe our Account Coordinator did confirm your address aagin just a few days ago, and had a new check issued and mailed to you the same day with a tracking number. Total lack of communication. Salesman sai they could do project, installer disagreed. Owner came by and told us sure they could do the job. No follow up from company. After 10 days, I called them. They said the screen door was being manufactured and they would receive by Friday and be out Monday. They did not get screen door and never informed us. After I called on Monday 1 hour after they were suppose to be on the job, they admitted to not having a screen door. I gave them 72 hours to get one and finish project. They managed to complete with a couple of hours to spare. Work seems to be fine, door and screen is as described. Installer was professional and friendly.

They did a nice job and were very friendly. The only reason I rated them a 4 on customer service was trying to initially getting them scheduled. I was on a time crunch. They were very efficient and quick. They cleaned up and left my door area cleaner than when they arrived.
