If Gateway had provided me with 24/7 tech support as promised, there would be no need to take it to third party. I accused them of not honoring my warranty. I want the record to reflect that. Naturally, I will not be recommending Gateway to friends and family. I don't even know why they bother having a customer service department in the first place. Gateway's response demonstrates that they are incapable of learning from customer feedback. I had to take my computer to the third party with cost me an additional $32.00.
