Hi Angie's list members, my name is Gary. I'm friendly, easy to talk to and willing to help solve all your plumbing problems. I answer the phone 95% of the time and I'm reachable from 7:00 am through 9:30 pm, 7 days a week. I will personally see to it that you get the quality services you deserve and expect. If you are not totally satisfied with our work you don't owe me a dime till I put it right or your money back, guaranteed. Please note free estimates available where time permits between 8-am to 5pm ...mon thru fri - services available beyond these times may incur fees ( diagnostic and trouble shooting fees may apply to some jobs you will always be notified in advance prior to commencement of service and charges this can happen at the job site or during initial appointment booking .In order to serve you better & keep appt times when ever I cannot personally be there I have well trained techs to do the jobs I cannot personally be there to do for you , we also network with other contractors to cater to specialized plumbing/drainage services that are incidental to plumbing but may require special equipment and manpower .Please be aware while we try to answer all questions prior to a service visit this business description edit is neither a contract or the full service terms and conditions .All prices given over the phone are deemed price guides or guesstimates only .If you recieve a free estimate at job sites which generally means a visual look over ( and does not involve use of tools or special equipment or crawling into attic spaces or under buildings) the the estimate is FREE.

ended up putting a 3 inch clean out in my laundry room to take care of the back up in the kitchen since.
Also used a camera to identify roots that were causing additional issues and made a recommendation to install a main drin cleanout.

Gary cut several holes in our house and started work in the upstairs bathroom but did not finish it. We will have to pay hundreds of dollars to fix the holes!
At a certain point he announced he charged $100 an hour for looking for water leaks. He arrived in an unnamed van and has a business card saying he is a "tech" under Moses Plumbing's contractor license in Hollywood. He said he was Moses' partner but does not appear to have a contractor 's license of his own when I looked under his name on the Contractors License Board. There was no specific water leak. We relied on Gary's expertise and were disappointed that his strategy for looking for possible water damage consisted of cutting endless random holes.
Gary seems to like doing what he wants to do and looks for any work which he can charge for. He proposed to charge hundreds of dollars more for the upstairs bathroom which did not require the fix he proposed including the cheap plastic door he wanted to install.
He did install the replacement hardware for the wet bar ok, but then wanted $150 extra to fix the shut-off valves for the supply lines because one had a slight leak.
We don't intend using him again and only did so originally because of the "A" ratings he received. It was our first use of a contractor from Angie's list and very disappointing.

"I'm sorry to hear that u are dissatisfied with the service, the big deal u purchased does not cover in accessible water heaters for flushing and yours was in the basement, the plumber we sent out was not familiar with wording on the deal, so I'm happy to accept that u are entitled to your refund. "I'm sorry your disappointed with the service I provided and the meticulous detail and eagle eye I have for spotting current and pre- emotive solutions, however I didn't understand this negative response to my service , so I called (Member name removed)personally and offered him a refund which he declined, he was quite cordial and mild mannered, I still didn't understand his disappointment ( maybe a language barrier) the service he purchased included a whole house plumbing inspection so it's my duty to spot the problems , show and explain solutions and NATURELY give prices , ( I currently am rated A for pricing with angies list, so if my customers rate me highly and somebody else thinks they are too high they can always get a second opinion(I am not a pressure sales person ) I think the word upselling has become a dirty word, in reality creating value , benefits ,and a proper fix is perceived as ripoff. I serve to serve again , it's written on my van, so to the vast majority of angies list members, thank you , I wish to seve you."
We are disappointed. Mr Gary talks a good game but we feel cheated and disappointed for flushing our $89 down the drain.
"[member name removed] expressed his dissappointment while I was still in his home with the service I performed, how ever he is being scarce with the truth. I spent 2hrs an d 45 minutes in the house, ( 90 minutes on $89 service 45 minutes doing inspection and detailed quotation with a cost per job, and 30 minutes answering at least 30 questions). I knew before I left his house he was going to write a negative report.the reason I did not offer a refund was on principal , i fixed 2 leaky hose bibbs. All shower heads and faucet spout aerators , flushed his water heater and carried out a full plumbing inspection, his kitchen sink could not be cleared from an access point blocked by an a/c unit it was physically impossible and he stated i was UNWILLING (an absolute lie). I put a pressure gauge to measure his house pressure which was high, my service was complete in this respect, Client wanted me to adjust it, I declined due to liability issues. In my opinion the real reason for this negative review is the issue of the toilet tune up they were beyond a tune up I quoted $ 270 dollars to rebuild all 3 toilets he tryed to negotiate and price me down to $150 I told him he i would not do it, at this point he was extremely angry and it was obvious, he said do it for $150 and I don't want the written guarantee on the work that your going to give me with the $270 job. At this point I knew I had to leave , I told him people like himself write up negative reviews because of what they consider high prices and that I thought he asked a lot of questions about how to fix his plumbing and that he might do it himself, he said he had time to do neither, ( well he did write a review , and I gave him a price to correct one of his plumbing mistakes, another set of lies. So why the blow for blow long winded response and 10 minutes of my time, to expose a frivolous unsubstantiated claim of false reporting.My overall reviews speak for themselves , I have to accept that I will never be able to please everybody and accept that 1 out of 10 will be negative."
