My husband and I worked with Fred on the purchase of a home in Orange County. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very responsive and willing to work with our schedule. He knows Orange County very well and was able to direct us to the best neighborhoods for us based on our wish lists, and we ultimately purchased our forever home in a neighborhood that we hadn't even thought about buying before meeting with him. We started working with Fred in the beginning of January 2013 and closed on our new home April 11th, 2013. Along the way we were in escrow on a different property and had to back out once we realized it
wasn't the home for us. Fred worked hard to find a solution, but ultimately the right solution for us was to walk away. After that, Fred
continued to work just as h****** our behalf. We are currently working with Fred to rent out our current condo in South Orange County.
