Euro echo is an extremely professional service. The cleaner who does my home is always on time. She is very thorough and my home is such a pleasure to come back to after work when it's all refreshed. I understand they are not taking more clients at this time. I'd highly recommend this service to anyone who is willing to get on their waiting list

Petra, the owner, was very professional and responsive.  Communication was very good between us.  The team she sent out were also professional.  Unfortunately, their work was below my expectations. Specific things I had asked to be done, were not done.  Things were just given a quick once over. On one day they couple (a male and female) refused to clean another area of the home while I completed dressing. They insisted on staying with their system, which meant being in the bathroom with me as I dressed for the day.  I have a 4200 sq. ft. home, they could have found something else to do in another area, there was no excuse for their needing to be in the bathroom with me. Petra sent a single person out, on very short notice, to do a few things.  That too was below standard. She did not clean the master bath sink, neglected many things I asked for, and feft before the scheduled (and paid for) time.

We've been using the services of Maid Experts for about a year and we could not be more pleased. We have gone through the ringer when it comes to Maid service companies, and we could never seem to find the right mixture of CONSISTENT quality work and reasonable pricing. But Euro eco  fits the bill.
It gives me great comfort to know that my home will always be cleaned as I desire and that the company will follow any direction I give. We've tried and failed with so many companies ... trust me that Euro eco is the way to go.

The cleaner started out working carefully and thoroughly in the bathroom, but then became quite talkative, so she wasn't getting enough done. She didn't complete all the dusting in the living room. In the kitchen, she cleaned around the sink, but didn't move any of the appliances to clean the crumbs underneath. I couldn't tell if she washed the kitchen floor. The last half hour was basically a quick going-over rather than careful cleaning.

They're good. I used Angie's coupon the first time and the second time it was $100 for their services. They seemed like very nice, trusting people that came to clean the house. The only bad thing was that the owner switched my time on me both times a couple days before they were to come.

I couldn't be happier with Euro Eco House Cleaning! Euro Eco has been cleaning my house every other week for almost a year, and everyone in my family (including my toddler son) looks foward to cleaning days (he loves sliding around on clean wood floors). The house is always left sparkling clean, and--very importantly--with no toxic chemical smells. I tried another green cleaning company prior to Euro Eco and wasn't impressed. The other company was more expensive and cleaned more slowly with poorer results. Euro Eco cleaners are true professionals!  Petra is very responsive over email and always reminds me the night before she is coming. Euro Eco is such a great find!

 a three hour cleaning for myself and a 2 hour cleaning as a gift for someone moving. 
I cannot believe what an amazing job they did. My house has NEVER looked so good. I didn't even know my house could look that good!
Needless to say, the experience was so positive, I tried another Groupon cleaning, a huge mistake and a horrible experience. I would much rather pay full price for euro eco house cleaning and see my house gleaming like that again than try to get a bargain. I can't comment on the customer serive on the phone as my husband booked the actual cleaning, however the cleaning was impeccable.
If you want your house immaculate down to the smallest detail, this is the place.
