The initial loan application was good, but after that all the loan processing was terrible. And they sold the loan off right away, so no online access with my other etrade accounts.

Once we found a home to purchase Jerry, told me that we didn't qualify for the loan after all. Jerry failed to perform his due diligence. Jerry had all the numbers, but he didn't correctly perform the calculations. We found a local mortgage, through Angie's List who was wonderful, provided excellent advice, and got us a loan.
