First off, Omri will present himself very professionally. But be careful, Omri (owner and contractor) does not understand construction very well. How do I know this? Every question about actual construction that I asked him, I was told to ask the sub-contractor doing the work. This happened multiple times, each with the same outcome. After three or four questions, I asked him, "What do you know, your the contractor". His reply shocked me. He said "I know codes". That was it. Then, after talking with all his subcontractors, it was clear that he really doesn't know construction, and a few went as far as saying he has never swung a hammer. He is a salesman first, then he is only a paper contractor. Our job, which is still not finished after 9 months, was initially told to us 4 months, then when he presented the contract he put 6 months. We still went forward because I know construction, and I knew it couldn't take 6 months. Well I was wrong. Currently, it is very close to being done, but it appears he has now abandoned the project, although he continues to bill us for a bill that says "at the completion of work." So currently I have a bathroom sink that his guys broke. I allowed him to attempt a repair. It was initially repaired, but the repair didn't last more than a month. I notified Omri, who said he would send them out again. So now the repair guy has no showed four times in a row. 2 of those times were in the same day! I told Omri this, and he has gone silent. I have wasted hours of my time waiting for this guy to show. Also, they did flooring in the whole house. But in my bathroom, there is a major creaking sound that can only be coming from the construction not being secured. Omri flatly denied it multiple times before ever having anyone come out and look. He says it can't be him because he did no structural work in the bathroom, and that the house is old so it's not his issue. Mind you they did the flooring in the whole house and only where they tore into the floor is there any sound whatsoever. Again, this is where his absolute lack of construction knowledge comes in. No structural work done?? His subs tore that floor apart to access the plumbing below in the crawl space. The shower, the toilet, the sink, all had the plumbing moved from cutting through the floor and moving pipes etc. It is blatantly obvious he doesn't understand actual construction. This bathroom is literally the only place they tore through the flooring in the entire house. Yet he claims no structural work was done there. Its laughable. And his denial of any liability before he had anyone look at it. Then he sent the sub who did the tile on the floor to check it out. He was shocked to hear how loud the sound was from underneath the floor. He said something was not done correctly when they put the floor back together. He also said he would tell Omri about it. Then I also emailed Omri about the sink and the fact his sub said there is something wrong under the floor. What has Omri done since? Nothing, absolute silence from Omri. Except for still billing me. His own guy said there is something wrong. But still nothing. And I have all these conversations with Omri in text and email. I also have pictures of the floor torn apart by his plumbers. So obviously this issue is far from over and I will review this issue again after it is settled. And there are many more issues, but it's too much to write. Example of that is when they ran out of tile doing my bathroom wall, so they used a different tile and put it in a inconspicuous place hoping I wouldn't find it. Absolutely insane. And in my shower they scratched a tile, and tried to cover it up by painting it white hoping I wouldn't find it. It's called fraud. Mind you I have the texts and pictures of all of this. And so does Omri. So it will be interesting if he tries to deny any of this. So I will let you know in an update if he does the right thing, or he forces my hand and wants to do it the hard way. Which would be a very poor decision as pictures and messages don't lie. I gave him 2 stars instead of one because there were actually some good aspects of the job, but until Omri stands up and does the right thing I will leave my review as is. But I can also come back and add lots of other issues if he chooses not to. Possibly even adding pictures and messages.

Enclave Remodeling Inc. was a wonderful experience. We remodeled our outdated kitchen (new footing) and bathroom.Omri Nave, the owner of the company, has an excellent eye for design and provided us with great suggestions. Omri and his crew/contractors are very attentive, pleasant to work with, precise and professional. The remodel was completed prior the scheduled date and the end result exceeded our expectations. We will use Enclave Remodeling Inc. again in the future and are highly recommending them to anyone looking to remodel their home.

Omri and his team were amazing to work with. We were very nervous as this was our first big remodel project. Omri was always available to talk and continually dropped by to check the work and progress. His project manager and all his workers were very professional. The quality of their work surpassed our expectations. One small tile mistake was immediately remedied at no additional cost. In fact we had several changes that added to the scope of work that Omri covered the fee for and did not delay the project. The job was finished earlier than quoted. We will definitely be using Enclave for our other projects and are recommending them to all our friends and family in the neighborhood.

Great company!!! Omri, the owner is a fair and honest contractor. He was on top of everything. He did exactly what he said he would do. The time from start to finish was exactly what he said it would be. The quality of the workmanship was amazing. One thing that I really liked was that I was able to do the cabinet work myself. I worked on my cabinets and integrated my work seamlessly. I will be using Enclave Remodeling Inc. again in the future as the need arises.

Highly Recommend Enclave Remodeling! Omri and his team were professional, clean, on budget and on time. Any issue was clearly communicated and resolved. Working with Omri, there is a high level of communication which we've never experienced before with a contractor. We knew what to expect and when it would be done. We had our 2nd bathroom remodeled and it looks amazing! They replaced the tub, flooring, tiles, cabinets and sink. The tile work as difficult with hexagonal shapes and it came out perfect.

GREAT WORK & GREAT COMPANY! We recently got our stairs redone and could not be happier with the finished product!! Looks amazing!! Omri assisted us through the whole process. He spent a lot of time with us during the initial appointment and listened well ... He was very honest, straight forwarded and had great communication the entire process from start to finish ... He set very realistic expectation which was very important to us. The work team was very professional, nice and clean! They actually got the job done quicker than they said they would which was an expected surprise! Would defiantly recommend their services for any home project as we will be using them again for our master bath!

As with all projects a few issues popped up but Omri always took care of any concerns we had. All of his workers were punctual and professional. Omri made sure that we were satisfied with the work being done and that our kitchen turned out beautiful. Overall a great experience and outcome.

I really enjoyed the remodel experience with Omri. I felt like he was honest, hard working and available when I had questions. He stuck to the timeline that we agreed to at the beginning despite some additional work that got added on. The advise and recommendations he gave in terms of materials were great. The subs that he brought in were professional and I felt the quality of the work was good. Omri listened to what was important to us and took those ideas to heart. He also added in some additional thoughts or suggestions that were usually very good and we even used most of his suggestions. I would hire Omri/Enclave again for my next project.

It went very well. The project started off as a kitchen and bath redesign. The kitchen remodel included the removal of a wall which housed a weight bearing beam. Our kitchen was greatly enlarged with the addition of a beautiful 45 inch wide X 82 inch long gray quartz island. The cabinetry and molding are soft closing high quality custom made, with so much storage in the island, the cabinets, and the pullout shelves in the very large pantry. We went with off white cabinetry, but the island is a rich dark wood. The kitchen cabinet moldings are beautiful, and, in fact, had to be redone in one area, since our ceiling was not perfectly straight. Our Contractor, Omri, made certain it was fixed. The Master bathroom was a redesigned room, which has a glass shower enclosure, a bench, a rain shower and wand, and has been tiled with porcelain tile wall and flooring. It is so elegant and updated. Our Guest bathroom was done with porcelain wall tile, accented marble tile, and beautful glass and ceramic decorative back splash. The shampoo boxes in both bathrooms are so pretty and roomy. We decided, that while we were doing all these projects, that it would be the right time to do the patio and the backyard as well. So....we ourselves requested extra projects to be added on, which required extra time, but the 4 month projection only turned into a 6 month completion time. The city of Huntington Beach added extra wait times in between, but Omri kept other projects moving forward whenever there was "wait time". And, our kitchen was operational within just about 4 months. I appreciated input with regards to what "looked well" when we needed an honest opinion. Also, we were kept up-to-date with what would be happening next. Omri was very pleasant to work with, and also has an eye for detail and good taste.
