Mihai and Robert worked for two days installing my tv above the fireplace and wiring the cable, the dvd player, the internet and the Wii so that no cables are visible.  They are both professional and do great work.  They answered all my questions and are always available if I have follow up questions as I'm not very tech savvy.

Mihai and his partner, were very professional, neat, organized
and did an amazing job! Our original plan was to put all the
components in a certain spot on the wall but Mihai suggested an
alternative that turned out to be much better.
They showed up on time and finished pretty much when they said they would.
Great attention to detail as well.

DirectHiDef is amazing! This man is honest, competent, friendly, NEAT, ORGANIZED, and goes beyond what you even think to ask him for. He knows his business, and makes sure that you get the best of everything at the price you want.
Whenever I have had a problem with function (my failure to know how to do something) or maintenance (I need new ink in my printer), DirectHiDef has always responded immediately, and patiently. He is willing to work with the totally incompetent consumer (ME!) without being condescending, or misleading.
When DirectHiDef installed our original media centers, he was working under my desk to get things hooked up. When the job was finished he had completely organized all of my messy under-desk wires into an organized, and accessible thing of beauty!!!! I did not even know it was possible to have things so nicely tucked away, and have never had any service provider go beyond what they were asked to do, to improve my experience.
I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with his service over many years. He came highly recommended from a friend, and I am so thankful for that recommendation. I would not use anyone else.

Mihai is the tech guy we have searched for since we moved here 9 years ago. He knows how to hook up ANTYHING and is on top of the most advanced technical options you can have in your home. He is a wealth of knowledge and a reliable, dependent person that has customer satisfaction on the top of his list. I cannot say enough good things about Mihai - he's the real deal!
