Kirk was responsive and had great communication. I knew when he would arrive, how long the appointment would take, and when I would receive the information. The report was accurate, photos were included, and he was timely in his responses. Kirk also went one step further and he not only took the TIME to LISTEN to me as a homeowner, but also walked the property with a trained eye and spotted things I forgot to mention to him that might affect the value. I got Kirk's information from a friend of mine. I called and told her I needed someone who would come and listen, and she didn't hesitate to pass his name along since she was a real estate photographer and comes into contact with a lot of different vendors. We had unique circumstances with our foundation that needed to be included in our property summary and he made sure to include these in the report. He honestly went above and beyond. I'd give him 10 stars if I could.
