Device Repair

My very expensive mobile phone was having so many glitches. I need my phone for my work and my daily business and I found it amazing that I actually finally found a business to bring my electronics to as they fixed my phone with care and explained it to me as well and I had it back quickly. The head gentleman who works there, Henry Karman, was so very personable and really gave me the feeling like my phone at that time was of the utmost importance. A lot of businesses will take your electronics, fill a ton of paperwork out, toss your items in a 'to do' pile, and you never know when they'll get back to you, BUT NOT THIS PLACE! I feel so happy with my phone working again and the old fashioned courtesies were a breath of fresh air! I finally found a good place to bring all of my electronic devices. Device Repair got the damaged laptop midday Friday, and called me later in the afternoon with a THOROUGH assessment and estimate (Free).  I opted for data recovery, and having them load the recovered data on to a new laptop.  They ran the data recovery program over the weekend (was told this takes at least 24-hours).  Delivered the new laptop to them about 10 AM on Monday; and had it back with everything loaded by 4 PM that day.  They even updated my old Office 2007 software to Office 2010, and put on new security software.  On top of that, they shredded my old hard drive disc for free.

They repair all sorts of devices, all brands, including phones.  What I really liked, is that their is a whole technical team that knows what it is doing, not a one-guy "consultant," that may or may not have the breadth of knowledge and technical expertise needed for a particular situation.
