First, Oliver Li did a great job educating us on the different paint options including colors and paint quality. He kept us in the loop as far as what to expect, and when it will happen. He was true to his word, and kept on schedule. The prep work; power washing, scraping off old flaking paint, sanding and priming exposed wood surfaces were done as promised. To protect areas from getting paint on them, they covered concrete, brick and plants with plastic; windows and screens were masked off and outdoor furniture, (grill etc). were moved. When the painting was done, they did an excellent job cleaning up. The crew was professional and worked from dawn to dusk.
