I've refinanced several times and it's never gone as smoothly as it did with Rob. Thanks to Rob, I was able to substantially reduce my monthly payments. This gives me the choice of having more cash on-hand or shortening my loan term. Additionally, I was able to pull cash out to make much-needed renovations. I would definitely use Rob in the future. I find refinancing can be stressful, but Rob was patient and thorough as he walked me through every step of the process. The deal he put together for me not only provided better rates than I could find elsewhere, but was also customized to fit my specific needs. My income situation was a little complicated, but Rob navigated it without a hitch. Plus, he was always available by phone or email to answer my questions. And believe me, I asked a LOT of questions. Even more important, his answers were easy to understand. I couldn't be happier with the job Rob did for me.

Rob Stewart is the consummate lending professional. He had kept in touch with us for over 10 years, just checking in every 6 to 8 months with a genuine concern regarding our financial needs. We were thrilled with the excellent loan package Rob put together. He waited until the rates were at their lowest, and locked the rate in for us. He went so far as to facilitate completion of documents with our escrow company; which was not his responsibility. However, that's the way Rob does business! Nothing is left undone, no question is left unanswered and everything down to the last detail was completed in a l timely and accurate manner. The entire loan process was hassle free from beginning to end!
