Excellent service and helpful staff.
I'm new to having a car, so am learning everything from the ground up. Had been researching about car detailing and thought I would like to have that done, but probably couldn't afford it. My car had gathered a lot of dirt and bird droppings, so I decided to at least get a real wash instead of washing it myself. Went to Checkered Flag and asked my whole list of questions about how they wash, how they dry, how they know they won't scratch my car (hey, it's pretty old, but I still CARE!!). The person at the register was so patient and helpful - even though he was tending to a long line of customers in between talking to me.
He also told me they had a special this month on a 3-step process of clay bar with body shine, carnauba wax with polishing, and exterior detail (this I think means cleaning and finishing the tires and hub caps?). This process included the car wash and interior cleaning. So all together, the package that would have cost $120, is $100 this month.
I took the 3-step process as a treat to myself and my sweet little used car. And I could not be happier : - )
Oscar, the supervisor of the team, talked with me and answered all my questions. I said I was in a little bit of a rush - because I had a commitment at the end of the hour. And he said no problem . . . they would get started right away. Within the hour, my car was clean inside and out, looking shiny and new. And I watched the young man while he worked. I highly recommend this service.

I needed my SUV detailed inside and outside ASAP
I contacted several detainers and he was the only one who contacted me
I wasn't able to find a day for him to come to my place but he offered to detail my car at his place, taking some $ off for traveling to him!
He even gave me ideas of places I could go and hang out while I waited for the car.
Unfortunately it didn't out but that was my fault not his!!!

I am so sad to see no one has posted a review for these guys. I found them on Yelp! and have been using them for about two years now.

Their rates are unbelievably low compared to other detailing services I've seen and they have monthly specials on certain services. They are SO fast. When I just get a basic service, they are often done with my car in the time it takes me to go through the line, pay, and find a place I'd like to sit.

Besides doing a great job on my car, and always being fast, if they are backed up, they offer a sitting area with a TV and wi-fi as well as a gift shop with all sorts of snacks, drinks, books and nicknacks to sort through.

I've sent several friends here and gotten great feedback from all of them. They do a great job.
