They had the car 2.5 days (estimated 2 days) but did excellent job with deep metallic red paint that looks just like new.

They're just fantastic. They're very polite and courteous. They are great people there. If I have issues that are not covered by insurance, I'd still go back to them just by the way they treated me while I was there. They answered my questions clearly. I wasn't rushed through the process. They took their time. They were honest about everything. They contacted me right away. They promised the car one day and I got it two or three days later but I was contacted. I would absolutely use them in the future.

I went to Carsmetics without an appointment. Ryan was the only one in the office at the time and he was helping someone else when I got there. He said he would be right with me. It didn't take him long to finish with the previous customer but he apologized for making me wait (unnecessary but very nice). He examined my car and gave me an estimate that was a little higher than expected. When I told him that, he went over the damage with me and showed me where the damage was more extensive than it looked. They couldn't get my car in for a few days and when I left I was certain I would be back to have them do the repair. But it turned out that since I had a few extra days, I got another estimate. The quote was (slightly) lower and they could start work right away so I had them do the work. Ryan called the next week to follow up and confirm his availability . I have used Carsmetics before and was extremely happy with them. The only reason I went to someone else was due to the schedule.

I had some self-inflicted damage on my car - I had backed into an immovable object, denting and scratching my bumper. This was on top of my garage door coming down on the back of my car a few weeks earlier causing scratches to the trunk and the bumper.
I went to Carsmetics for an estimate. There were three people ahead of me so there was a little wait (one of the two people was tied up with computer issues so there was only one person doing the write-ups. They couldn't have been nicer; they kept apologizing for the wait, offering coffee and water. When it was my turn Dave went to look at my car. Before he started working on my estimate, he asked one of the employees to see if he could do anything about the scratches on the trunk. The estimate was more than reasonable and they were available to start the work in two days (the first day was a holiday). I made an appointment to drop my car off the night before. Dave arranged for the rental car company to pick me up at that time. In the meantime, the trunk scratches were gone - and there was no charge. The work was estimated to take 1 day with a slight chance of an additional half day. It took one day and looked great. I couldn't believe they could make it look that good in 10 hours. Carsmetics has an arrangement with the rental car company that allowed me to leave the rental car at Carsmetics and they would send someone to pick it up - I loved that it was so convenient. I have never had such a positive experience with auto body work. I hope I don't need them again but if I do, I will go back there without hesitation.
