Description of Work: We have a very heavy shingled wooden door, which we didn't want to replace because it blends with the house. It was literally groaning and needing repair. Tom came out, assessed the problem and gave us the very reasonable alternatives of a tune-up or full replacement of the mechanism. Because the door is old we chose to replace all of the working parts, springs, etc. Tom spent about three hours replacing various elements and balancing the door and it's as good as new. The price seemed reasonable to us as well.
