BASSET FURNITURE DIRECT

It was the rainiest day in Irvine when my hubby and I headed out to find a sectional. We do not like sales people and were expecting to be totally annoyed with anyone who talked with us. Then along came Yvonna. She was amazing to talk with. She knew so much about stuff we knew nothing about. Like fabric. What to select if you have pets and if it is going to be in direct sunlight. What colors go well with the paint on our walls. What cushions to chose based on maintenance. We did shop around by looking on-line and in store. The price and length of time to delivery were the best anyone could offer. We will shop at Basset first and talk with Yvonna again. Oh, and they have free cookies!

I bought a gold three cushion couch made by Basset. They were very helpful at the store. They were not pushy and they gave me plenty of time to decide that I wanted. They had a large selection. The price is a little higher than other places, but the quality is much higher.

They charged my credit card three times for the item. I called them and asked for a supervisor and after asking me what it was about, they told me the supervisor was not available. I had to fight with my credit card company to get the two additional charges removed. This was inconvenient and what a waste of time.

I THINK THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND HAVE GOOD IDEAS. THEY HAVE LIVED UP TO EVERYTHING THEY HAVE SAID. THEY HAVE NOT ALL OF A SUDDEN SAID, "OH BY THE WAY, WE FORGOT TO CHARGE YOU FOR THIS."
