IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A CONTRACTOR!
I WOULD STAND IN A PUDDLE OF WATER AND KISS AN ELECTRIC SOCKET BEFORE LETTING ANY OF MY FRIENDS USES THESE GUYS.
They agreed to FIX my video surveillance camera system
for $795. They were not able to fix my system and told me to buy new equipment.
Another vendor fixed my system for $155.
Audio Video King then sued me in Small Claims Court for non-payment.
The judge made us talk to each other to try to settle the case. He wouldn't take a penny less than $800. He admitted that they didn't fix my system and that they didn't know how to fix my system.
We went in front of the Judge and the man from Audio Video King changed his story.
"[Member Name Removed] is lying he los the case because the judge found his story to be full of loop holes. The judge sided with us because he did not pay us for the service we provided. He hired us to clean up all the wiring and make it look neat. He never told us that his DVR was not working. We charged him the money for fixing all his wiring and neatly routing it. afterwards he wanted us to put a new DVR for the same price. Thats the reason we took hims to small claims for non payment for work done initially. We never sold him any DVR or install his security system incorrectly in the first place. Even the judge sided with us over him and now he is bashing our company by leaving bad reviews. We have court documents that prove we won the case."
