Was able to come the same day I called. Found problem to be leakage from distorted plastic bypass valve, probably caused by strain from rigid pipe connections. Unit was installed outside and ground had settled. Should have had flex lines when originally installed 6 years ago. I wasn't sure that the unit was worth fixing, but a new one would have been over $500 at Home Depot, so it was well worth calling them to fix this. A new one would eventually have had same problem due to lack of flex lines. Technician was pleasant and efficient.
