Accurate Electrical Services - Irvine

I thought they were very clean and professsional. They did excellent work and everything was done quickly. He also gave me a fair price.

I contacted Accurate by email through Angie's list and got a nice email back within 24 hours asking best time to contact me and indicating who would contact me.  Exactly as promised, Eric called and asked about work needed, explained their policies by phone and referred me to office number to schedule appointment.  I then called office to schedule appointment (my first choice date was available).   Eric showed up exactly on time - neat, clean, polite, and ready to work.

Eric reviewed work on-site and worked up an estimate.  We discussed the estimate at length as it was more than I had budgeted for, but after discussing and adjusting based on most critical work I needed, we found a happy middleground where I got work I needed at price within my means.   [note, I had delayed some troubleshooting that "might" be solved by replacement of a known problem - the replacement did indeed solve the secondary problem, so delaying the troubleshooting was a good compromise!]

Eric worked quietly, quickly and took the time to explain some other issues he wanted me to be aware of (which I was).  Always very polite and hard-working (no apparent breaks, lounging or otherwise goofing offf).

Work was completed in a timely manner (on first trip) - and wrap up and payment was a breeze.  

Office called twice (including same night) to follow up and make sure I was happy with work, employee and experience.

Got exactly what I needed and delivered in a polite, professional and easy way!

Great. Buying a new place can be stressful, especially when electrical sockets aren't working properly. After checking out Angie's list and calling a few places, I knew that Accurate was a good choice for my electrical work.

Prompt response to initial inquiry.  They sent a guy out for the estimate and he showed up on-time, clean, and very professional.  Very pleasant friendly too, which is always nice.  He explained the options and costs for each option very clearly.  Explained what the job entailed and what they didn't do ahead of time (they don't patch the stucco).   I had two other smaller items I wanted taken care of and he gave me some lower cost options that I was pleased with.  The job was scheduled on a convenient day for me.  The same person showed to do the work that did the estimate - he was professional, seemed thorough, started on time and finished on time.  Also gave me some heads up on the installation of the spa and what it will entail.  All in all very pleased.

 Eric was very knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time explaining the process and working out different options to meet my budget.  After the initial consultation, he was quick to respond by phone to answer questions I had prior to actually hiring them to do the job.  He also recommended that I purchase the lights at Home Depot because it would be less expensive than getting them through their supply house.  He detailed the exact items I would need to buy on the bid form so all I had to do was hand it to the salesmam at Home Depot.  It was so easy!  Eric is personable and professional and was a pleasure to have in my home.   I paid by credit card and have some concerns about the way that information is handled.  Eric and LeeAnn addressed these concerns and provided a payment option that made me feel secure.  Absolutely would use them again!
