IN ADDITION TO SERVICING, I NEEDED A NEW OUTER BAG BECAUSE THE ORIGINAL HAD BEEN RUINED WHEN THE INTERIOR BAG CAME OFF AND AND DIRT/DUST GOT CLOGGED UP BEYOND REPAIR. THIS WAS A $60 CHARGE IN ADDITION TO THE ORIGINAL SERVICE CHARGE. I'M WONDERING IF I COULD HAVE AVOIDED THE SERVICING CHARGE BY JUST REPLACING THE OUTER BAG BUT I'M NOT SURE. I KNOW THE VACUUM WORKS LIKE NEW AGAIN! I WAS TOLD WHEN THE VACUUM WOULD BE READY TO BE PICKED UP BUT IT WASN'T READY UNTIL 2 DAYS LATER.
