I called for a routine service and they were very prompt.  They were available any time that I wanted them.  They came the next day.  The technician called me and arrived earlier that we scheduled.  He was very helpful and efficient.  He installed high security keys and re-keyed 3 of my locks.  Took less than an hour to re-key 3 doors and cut 5 high security keys.

Picked a locksmith from Angie's list that was based nearby. I am not sure if this was just a phone setting service or an actual locksmith. But they agreed to have someone come over right away. It actually was about 2 hours but the call was made late Friday afternoon so any service was good. The technician was quick and professional. There were a lot of deals at other locksmiths on Angie's List so I didn't give them an A for price but overall it was good service
