Professional Roofing

I wish I was able to post a good review about this company as it appeared the job would be well done in the beginning. I expected better quality control when paying more than $15k to have a roof redone. A couple months after the work was done i noticed an area where the wood was rotten and it was covered up by the metal trim instead of bringing to my attention in which I would easily pay to have them replace it. After calling the owner argued with me that they aren't responsible for the wood and that it would be an extra charge to replace. I wasn't concerned about paying for it, more that it wasn't done originally. The owner has since come out to look at it, quote me to fix it, scheduled the fix then never showed up to do the fix.
