It was pretty cool to see the sewer pipe via their sewer camera. Very professional team doing the work. They left our backyard in the same condition as before. "Here's the thing: the quality of the work and materials were top-notch and I paid a very fair price for it, so for that I am happy.  However, the were a number of administrative problems:
1) Hot water and cold water were accidentally backwards in the garage. I would think that they'd test this before saying that it's done, so they had to come back and switch it. Shoulda been obvious.
2) The water heater was left tilted at an angle so they had to come back again to fix that and needed to drain the whole tank.
3) I was often told that I would receive a phone call on a certain day and that often didn't happen, so I had to call them many times. 
4) The patchwork wasn't completed until 13 days after the repipe because of miscommunications in the company as to who was scheduling the inspections and arranging the patchwork.  A couple of times, my contact just forgot about me and admitted this, though apologizing.
