Bob is wonderful.  His attention to detail and communication skills are commendable.  He is honest, reliable and extremely fair in the price he quoted us.  I will recommend Bob whole heartedly :)

The crew showed up on time and completed the work in the time they had said would be needed. The actual new fence is very nice and well constructed. My neighbor is very happy and has no problems on her side. However, there were several small problems which came up on my side, and the owner's attitude towards addressing them was not positive. 1. The crew trampled, then dug up, then transferred soil from my flowerbed to fill in holes on the other side of the fence. I asked them not to use my flowerbed to fill in holes on my neighbor's side of the fence, and the owner said "we had to remove two pieces of concrete, that's why there are holes, and you're lucky I'm not charging you for removing it; it'd cost at least $60 to get rid of that." He had not mentioned the concrete when giving us the bid. 2. When the crew left, we discovered that they had left one section next to my flowerbed in a mess, with wood chips and the large decorative rocks strewn all over, rather than neatly arranged as they were before the work was done. The also had pulled up 6 concrete tiles and left them stacked in a pile next to the fence instead of placing them back after putting the new fence in. I called the owner and asked him to come take care of those things, which he did, muttering all the while that he shouldn't have to be doing them. 3. The crew put large metal pieces in my aluminum/plastic recycling bin, and chunks of concrete and nails in my yard waste bin. 4. The next morning when we turned the sprinklers on we discovered that the crew had severed a water line and we had a big leak in one area and no functional sprinklers in the front of the house. I called again and the owner & crew came in the late afternoon to repair what they had broken. This time the owner was quite conciliatory. Ultimately the work was completed and looks good, but the owner thought I was nit-picking when all I wanted was for things to be done right the first time.

This company installed a fence between my home and my neighbors from front to back. The service was excellent but was a little pricey. I was happy with the quality, professionalism and promptness from this company. The neighbors recommended them because they have installed several fences in our area.
