"Did a good job initially. Did not install small plugs that cover the screws holding the window to the frame. Failed to respond to come back and do it. Some cosmetic drawback to their good job. Weak customer services!"

I couldn't stay for the whole thing because I was not expecting them, but they did show me photos of the finished job. They weren't super clean, but they were no longer plugged. They then gave me whole list of other things I should do."
