Everything went very smoothly.  Luckily he did not have to replace any parts.  He was able to open up the union and remove some unused solder that another installer had left within the pipe which may have been the cause of the problem. He looked over the gasket and thought everything was in good condition and proceeded to re-attach the union.  After which he checked to make sure that the leak was fixed. He completed the whole job in less that an hour so I had him take a look at my kitchen faucet too.  It has a small leak so he tightened everything up but he did advise me that it was probably better to just replace it rather that shell out $45 dollars for a new ceramic filter.

Willy's Plumbing is very good. We don't remember how much they charged us last time for the services, but they are very reasonable. They do a very good job and we would recommend them. They always get back to our calls, and they are very courteous. We will use them again in the future.

Well, first the listing on Angie's List said there is no charge for an estimate; however, once you call you find out that they do charge for their time to come out there ($99), which in my view is just semantics. The workman was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. He said he wanted his superior to come out to check out the best way to get to and fix the leaking tubs. He said his superior would be in touch, but neither of them ever called back. I received the bill for $99 about four months after he came.

Overall, work is done well and they stand by their work. They installed a shower control unit - temperature and flow. They returned to make an adjustment to the inflow to the control.

The gentleman who performed the work was on time, and carefully considered what it would take to install the piping before he gave me an estimate of time and how much it would cost. He cleaned up after the work was completed.

They have done a lot of work for us over the past five years. They send some one quickly. They prices are better than anyone else's. They care about their work

We had used this company before in the past. We really liked the guy they sent out to do the work. He is so very funny. He joked around a lot and made the whole experience memorable and pleasurable. He does amazing work. He really is skilled in this kind of work. We thought that their services were a little more expensive than some of the other companies around our area but their quality of the job they do is well worth it.

THEY JUST SHOWED UP, DID THE WORK , AND THEY JUST LEFT. MY LANDLORD JUST SENT THIS PERSON OVER, AND I HAD TO PAY. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS WITH THE BATHROOM SINK. WHEN I CALLED THEY DID IT IN A VERY QUICK TIME.
