After interviewing another company I selected Wide Awake Development Company. II was impressed with Mr. Spann's professionalism and congeniality. I did not feel pushed to make an immediate decision about proceeding with an installation. I had been informed  earlier that I needed to install a "cool roof" because of a recent code demand by Los Angeles. The initial interview team  (while congenial) presented a very limited choice of design options (only four). Mr. Spann (Ed). He was able to present to me a  wider variety of  "cool roof" designs and I was able to select one that was very pleasing and one that met the necessary standards. As it turned out  my selection was a a very satisfying one for me and has received rave reviews from my neighbors and passers-by. 
 The final cost was much lower than the estimate provided by the first team. At final payment time, it did not deviate from the         
initial estimate even though some boards did have to be replaced. The items/tasks detailed on the initial proposal were installed or addressed.
His team was very professional,.. arrived promptly each day, cleaned up each day and  left the  grounds spotless and in better shape than they found them. They completed their work in rapid order without a lot of "lollygagging" or noise.
I am very pleased with the quality and end product of my installation and think I now have a house with a much better curb appeal.
