The remote keypad intermittently stops working. It emits various beeping noises and the keypad goes dead. This is not as urgent as it may seem, because we primarily use remote openers in our vehicles, and these still work. Gary offered to replace the keypad at what he said was his cost of about $500. I really don't feel like seeing his guys again.
I will not use this outfit again.
