It went well. Dustin was professional, punctual, and provided a good solution to an odd and challenging drywall repair.

NOT GOOD; paint slopped; no correct seems from walls to ceiling ; paint on ceiling fixtures; prep was to correct some light ceiling cracks but not corrected; wall prep shows blotches with paint. DUST EVERYWHERE, NO CONTAINMENT, Chopped copper tubing for water to refrigerator from under sink, HE CUT COPPER WITHOUT any authorizations; going to cost us funds to correct his work; polite worker but many issues with work; over his head with this painting and wall prep job; Dustin worked hard but his skill is substandard. Dustin has declined payment for his work in his last text to us when told we had professional to correct his work.

"This customer was one of the most difficult people I've come across and potentially scammers -Refused to pay for the work or materials provided -Told me to fix their mangled plumbing line and wait until after it was done to tell me they didn't want me to do it -sent very rude messages to me -has made many complaints after the fact but provided no proof or pictures. I have a contract, pictures, videos, and receipts - working for them cost me money and 4 days of my life"

It went extremely well. Will definitely hire Van Ells Construction LLC in the future. Dustin did a fantastic job on painting porch and interior cabinets; installing smoke detectors; and weather proofing doors. He was professional and and respectful. Would definitely use his company for future endeavors.

Dustin was great in helping us tie up a list of handyman jobs that we needed done in our house. He handled drywall patching, installing security locks, adding weatherstripping to doors, installing towel bars, fixing misaligned door hinges, re-securing down bullnoses on stair treads, and some other small tasks. He was very professional, got through the agreed-upon list of items within the agreed-upon time, and did a great job, especially with the drywall. We look forward to hiring him again for some other outstanding needs.
