David Bakus is the person who has been misusing the license number of Point H and have kept them in the dark. I understand that Point H and David Bakus are not working on any contract together anymore Jerome / Joshua Cedicci were shocked to see the contract written using their license number 1056495 I definitely want to give Jerome / Joshua Cedicci a chance to fix the misuse and misrepresentation of their company by David Bakus whom they trusted I like to clear this misunderstanding so all of you can approach The Point H without any inhibitions Thank you

The Point H Corp is a fraudulent company. I have been systematically and strategically duped to the tune of $19,000. There are many ethical companies out there; do your homework and save your hard-earned money from these scamsters Arsin Ghazanchian introduced me to David Bakus as the owner/partner of The Point H. They drafted a contract for roof and solar and borrowed loans in the guise of emergencies. They came begging with folded arms, saying they were in need of urgent funds for a medical emergency, construction tools stolen, finishing a pending commercial project, and purchasing material for my project, which was on sale. I lent them out of human kindness and since they mentioned we have a project to back it up. They proposed to return the money upon completion of their projects or upon completion of my roofing project. They then started peeling the onion of excuses of various difficulties happening in their life, and they kept pushing the can down the road. Finally, they canceled the contract and pulled the carpet out from under me I reached out to the owners seeking help after following up with David and Arsin for 9 months, Jerome and Joachim mentioned that Joachim is the sole owner. Jerome, who came across compassionately initially and vowed to resolve my case, changed his stance overnight. David Bakus brainwashed Jerome and told him that he would take care of it. They have conveniently drafted a contract using The Point H Corp license behind their back, took additional loans under the guise of emergency and finally conned the customer. Instead of taking care of the customer and penalizing these guys, the owners Jerome and Joachim chose to support them. It's my wife's hard-earned money, and we curse all of them from the bottom of our heart. They have exhibited a lack of intellectual maturity, low intellectual dishonesty to say the least. They all will witness their downfall. The owners mentioned that they don't even know Arsin Ghazanchian or ever met him. They were not even aware of the contract David drafted with me. Arsin and David are supposedly bringing the owners business and they are not aware of it. This clearly shows the malicious intent of this couple Arsin and David
