+ 1 moreThe two locksmiths dispatched were punctual and courteous. There were some minor issues with the install. One was aesthetic and the other was that one of the locks would get stuck. I called the company and the owner responded immediately. He wanted to make sure that as a customer I was satisfied with the work. He dispatched the technicians again and even personally came to the property to ensure that his employees completed the job to my satisfaction. Great customer service, prompt response and it was all taken care of amicably. I would use them again.

+ -1 morespecific locks had to be ordered, so the job took longer than I had hoped and was a little disspaointing that I had to live in a new house with old locks and not knowing who had access. But it only took a few days for the locks to arrive, and they were promptly installed.

+ 0 moreThe installation was done clean and professionally, and the door is back to functioning as it should. The quoting and scheduling was very easy and straight-forward. Customer care is top-notch with these guys. I will definitely hire The Flying Locksmiths again when I need door/lock work done on the building.
Description of Work: A decades-old door closing mechanism on my building's front door had failed. Sounds like an easy fix, but the mechanism is an older style built into the base of the door. Even though the manufacturer of the closing mechanism had long gone out of business, the guys at The Flying Locksmiths were able to locate the necessary parts.
