. They dig out the old sewer and replaced a new sewer due to tree's roots from neighbor and constantly stock up our main line.
We were told by replacing new sewer line we will not have any problem and gave us a 20 years warrity Around October 2012 , we start having problem and have stock up main every 4 to 5 months. Called Superior 1 , it took 3 phone calls, they came out with the camera and saw a lot of root around the pipe. Sam, the man that came out suggested a liner in the pipe at the cost of $3,800.00.
That was not mentioned to us and now they want to charge us.
When we hired them, we were told for the next 20 years we do not have to worry and gave us a warrinty and now they said
we were told to put lining which was never mentioned. They are not honest and do not attempt to honor their warrifty .
After spending all the money , we are back to square on with the same problem and have a plumber in every 4 to 5 months to
unclog the main line.

They arrived punctually in order to complete the free estimate and provided me with a four or five page document defining the work to be done, what it would and would not include, the amount of time the job would take and their licensing. On the day the work began and throughout the job, they arrived on time, and were very clean, courteous and considerate of the needs of individual tenants. When the repiping was completed, they proceeded to replace all drains and then completed all plastering and patching in preparation for paint. I would definitely engage this firm in the future.

ALBERT THE PLUMBER DID A SATISFACTORY JOB. HE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY TO DO THE SERVICE.

THEY WERE VERY WELL MANNERED. THEY SOUNDED REALLY NICE ABOUT THE JOB AND REPLACED THE OLD PIPE WITH A REALLY NICE NEW ONE.
