I ended up sueing them as well as wining the law suit which shows that they were really bad. Their operator who does the construction on the site is the worst contractor I could get. He does not have the time to observe his work as well as his workers, so they happened to do just what they wanted. I had to hire a civil engineer out of USC to come out and he wrote me a three hundred page report of all the code problems on my house. He is really bad and I have tons of pictures to prove it. They are not someone who I would recommend others to go to. It took them two years with the construction of my house and in the end I wounded up having to let them go and I chose another contractor. He is however very personable, nice to talk to and returns my phone calls. He seems to know what he is talking about and has a lot of references that are not accessible. However a lot of people are really upset with his work. He could not hang the doors, the framing was messed up and there was so much which had to be done as a result of which I had to have all this corrected. They come in with a low pricing and then add on to the pricing as they work.
