Aside from the weather, which, of course was out of their control, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Johnny and his crew did all he said they would do. My backyard wall is perfect. Highly recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent!!! Johnny and his crew were outstanding. They came early ready to work and gave 100% in there craftsmenship. They work tirelessly until the job was done and made sure I was happy with the results. He gave me a excellent quote for removal of soil and dead grass for a beautiful rock garden with succulent plants. I give Johnny 5 stars and recommend his services to anyone who is looking for a job done right at a reasonable price.

Johnny and his team are great! We hire them several times a year for tree trimming, mulch, clearing our back hill, and anything we need done in the yard. He is knowledgeable about CA native plants and fruit trees, which helps keep everything thriving. His team also does palm trimming, which not everyone does. Definitely recommend!

On August 15, 2022 Johnny came over to spray the front yard with Roundup a weed killer. On August 22th He and his worker came with a weed/grass removal machine and removed 3" of grass. He then put a fabric lawn cover over the top of the dirt and hauled away the debris. He said it was an industrial strength lawn cover. I don't believe that is true because the weeds came through the fabric as the photos will show. On December 14, 2022 I contacted him via text and a photo asking him what happened? I didn't expect 4 months later the front yard would be full of weeds. I contacted him again on December 16 with more photos and asked him what he was planning to do. I never heard from him. Before hiring his company I asked him if he guaranteed his work and he assured me he did. Unfortunately, I didn't get a contract nor an invoice which I asked for but didn't receive.

I hired Moreno's Landscaping about 6 months for an entire front yard redo. I had used their Angi coupon for yard maintenance before and really thought they were a very professional and nice group of guys. I wanted to basically rip out my entire front yard and porch and create a beautiful lush and colorful garden lining about 100 feet of my front yard.  I met with Juan to discuss my vision and from the moment I told him what I wanted, he knew exactly the kind of plants, flowers, etc to achieve the look I wanted.  He took me shopping at a nursery to get an idea of what kind of plants I liked and made a lot of helpful suggestions along the way.   I've worked with a lot of contractors before, and I have to say Juan and his guys are the best I've ever worked with, from a great attitude and work ethic to a supreme knowledge of what they do and how to do it.   I wish I could leave pictures here.  Six months later I still have neighbors stopping in the street to admire what he did and compliment me on how it's changed the look of not just my house but the neighborhood.   For reference, they took out all my prior landscaping and planted all new landscaping, installed a drip irrigation system, added gorgeous landscape lighting, removed old concrete walkway and created a new walkway of beautiful saltillo tile, which they also retiled my porch in.  They stucco'd brick pillars, replaced my rotting fascia board, and installed new rain gutters.  It was a massive project and Juan always had patience with me when I changed my mind.  He's a really great guy and I'll be using him whenever possible in the future.
