THE GRAINGER REP TOOK MY ORDER AND CONFIRMED IT WITH AN EMAIL THAT SAME DAY. WHEN THE SHELVING SYSTEMS ARRIVED TO MY ADDRESS, THEY WERE MISSING ONE CARTON OF SHELVING. I PLACED A CALL TO GRAINGER AND THEY HAD MY CARTON TRACKED AND DELIVERED TWO DAYS LATER. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT AND THE SERVICE.
