Stay away! Not professional, and charges you purely based on what he thinks you can afford to pay him. No rate card available and quotes based on the zip code and car in the driveway. Came to install a basement sump pump. Said verbally it would be max a thousand dollars to fix it. Nothing above that was agreed upon. No quote provided, no discussion regarding anything about $1K. I asked another plumbing and he said the job should cost max $1.5K. Two months later sent me bill for nearly $5K. Refused to discuss bill. Said non negotiable. Never followed up regarding bill. Never sent invoice. Nothing. No contact for two years. Then two years later, proceeded to file a court mechanics lein on my house. No opportunity to dispute it with court or anything. When I called plumber to ask why… he said he does this all the time, and just put 20+ mechanic liens on clients homes. Laughing at me btw. Pretty shady way to get paid. Stay away. Avoid!

Dink's Plumbing works thoroughly gives you enough information on what you need and what needs to be repaired. I like his work and punctuality. I don't have to worry about him working in my house.
